Q) How do I buy a product from your site?
To start shopping, simply follow these simple steps:
1) Select a product you want to purchase
2) From the product you selected you will see the price of the product
3) You will send us an e-mail with the following requirements:
Your full name
Your address.
​Your telephone contact
List out the items and the quantity you want to purchase.
4.) We will reply to you to confirm your purchase order. At the same time to advise you the total purchase amount inclusive of delivery charge (for delivery in Singapore) or courier charge (for oversea customers).For personal collection, you can collect from any of our two locations
Q) How long do I have to wait?
Within 48 hours, your purchases will be delivered to your doorstep
For overseas delivery, we will advise you as soon as we receive confirmation from the courier company.
Q) I don't want to wait, can I self-collect it?
For personal collection, you can call at our retail store at Blk 74 Whampoa Drive #01-344, Singapore 320074 to collect your purchases.
Q) What payment methods do you provide?
a) For your safety and convenience, we suggest you pay directly to our bank account as indicated below: for your online purchases
b) Your purchases will be dispatched as soon as payment advice is received from our designated bank account.
Q) Do you accept orders from overseas?
a) We do accept orders from oversea customers. There are 3 modes of shipping available: Express Courier, Air Mail and Surface Mail. You can select which type of shipping mode is preferred.
b) All our shipping comes with a unique Tracking ID. When shipment leaves our shop, we will send you an email advising you the tracking code. This will enable you to track your shipment online.
Q) What is your Company’s return policy?
Our products are directly from manufacturers and suppliers. The products sold in our two retail outlets are all approved by Health Sciences Authority of Singapore. Therefore, products sold are not returnable or exchangeable.
But we do allow product to be returned to us when it is defective or we deliver the wrong product to you. Please note that products when you return to us must be in the same packaging, as when purchased and delivered. Please notify us in advance by e-mail.
